Medal Of Honor celebrates 10 years
2008-09-25 15:27 | by: Lissbol
Last week, EA officially announced that the bundle would boast a wide array of exclusive content which includes strategy guides covering every Allied Assault mission, interviews with World War II Veterans, exclusive in-game weapons, documentaries on the use of propaganda and battlefield training, and behind the scenes footage of the making of Medal of Honor titles.

An exclusive Medal of Honor 10th Anniversary soundtrack CD is also included featuring fourteen tracks of the series' seminal tracks composed by the award winning Michael Giacchino.

However, the launch of this unique bundle is merely the beginning of a year-long celebration that will allegedly bring more 'Medal of Honor content, events, and news bites concerning the past, present, and future of the MOH Franchise'.

The 10th Anniversary Celebration will continue throughout the remainder of 2008 and into 2009 and will reward the MOH faithful as well as introduce new consumers to the franchise.

The dates are a bit off with the 10th anniversary as well. The first PC instalment, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault wasn't released until 2002 but was preceded by two PlayStation games, the first of which was released in November 1999.
Nonetheless the bundle comes with:
Medal of Honor Allied Assault
Medal of Honor Spearhead
Medal of Honor Breakthrough
Medal of Honor Pacific Assault Director’s Edition
Medal of Honor Airborne

The exclusive bundle is expected to ship on 14 October in North America with a price-tag of $39.99. No news on when this will hit Europe.

too bad EA is still squeezing money out of those games instead of making something good to play...or even playABLE

it is playable, but as EA didn't spend the time to make more patches for SH and AA it's really easy to cheat and to abuse the glitches and bugs there is in the games. So + to activision there. But yet again they managed to create games that became successful and really addictive:P so + to EA there.
